We have an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with extensive knowledge in Revit MEP, BIM, and Digital Engineering. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to enhancing our Revit MEP family, content, and template management for our design teams working on some of the largest buildings projects nationally. This role requires strong critical thinking and communication skills to collaborate effectively with our internal teams.
As a BIM Content Manager Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team and business. Your responsibilities will involve developing new parametric Revit families, assessing existing content, maintaining it, and working with the design automation team to integrate BIM content with their software. Working closely with our Digital Delivery and Engineering teams, you will identify content requirements, establish a cohesive and consistent direction, and oversee a junior team of BIM technicians to bring your vision to life.

**Primary Role Requirements**
- Demonstrated experience in BIM processes and tools, particularly Revit MEP.
- Familiar with content creation and parametric family design.
- Effective management skills for developing, implementing, and enforcing BIM standards on all related projects.
- Ability to support project teams with Revit MEP modelling challenges and serve as the main point of contact for content queries.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and autonomously.
- Consulting environment experience is beneficial.
- Ability to assess and communicate new process and technology considerations.
- Willingness to further develop digital skillset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Advantageous**
- Strong understanding and proven track record in Revit MEP content creation, management, template development, and maintenance, as well as workflow creation and implementation across an organization.
- Tertiary/Technical qualification
- Familiarity with content management like UNIFI or similar content management software.
- Knowledge of Dynamo Scripting, Python or C#.
- Autodesk or BIM Professional Certification
- Familiarity with ISO19650 or willingness to learn.
