Our Water division is currently seeking another experienced Water Digital Engineering and BIM Lead to become an integral member of our national water team.

The role can be based in any of our main centres, Wellington, Auckland or Christchurch.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the continual improvement of our 3Waters DE and Information Management practise
  • Digital design Leadership, management, and assistance with 3Water projects
  • Develop relationships with existing and potential clients (both internal and external)
  • Mentoring and Coaching, providing leadership and guidance to design engineers on the use of DE/BIM/ISO19650 practices, environments, and software

What you will bring to the team:

  • Ability to nurture and develop teamwork within the group
  • Leadership qualities and team management skills
  • Tertiary qualified with direct relevant experience in digital engineering Management and delivery roles that encompasses Common Data Environments, Digital design platforms and processes
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Flexible in your approach to challenges
  • Able to provide high quality outputs
