**How will you contribute**:
This role leads the Resilience Analysis and Reporting team, which has an important role providing insight and assurance to a range of stakeholders. To support this, it is responsible for maintaining and operating tools that provide data on NZ organisations cyber security; as well as the analytical and reporting processes that communicate these findings. Sitting within a recently established branch, it closely supports the GCSB Director-General's role as Government Chief Information Security Officer.

This is a new team. The Team Lead will play an important role embedding processes and undertaking service design that delivers value for stakeholders. The Team Lead will also lead engagement internally and across the system to make resilience insights available to customers. Most importantly, the Team Lead will pull together analysts from a variety of backgrounds to work together as a team.

People leadership and stakeholder engagement skills are critical. Previous experience in the delivery of reporting and analysis will be beneficial for this role.

To be eligible for employment within the NZIC you must have been a NZ citizen for at least 10 years. Alternatively you must hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years.
