Position Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational delivery: lead the team as directed by the manager
  • Leadership and staff performance: leads, motivates, and supports staff to ensure services are delivered to the required standardCommunications: produce timely verbal updates and highquality written reports
  • Information gathering and analysis
  • Health, safety, and well being

What you'll need to succeed

  • High level of computer literacy experienced user of Microsoft Office and other related packages.
  • Outcomeorientated with a customer focus
  • A people person and can build + maintain strong relationships
  • Good organisation, time management, and planning skills
  • Works well under pressure and balances multiple priorities
  • Can work extended hours including a Saturday and / or a Sunday during the busy period
