Our Wellington clinic is seeking a motivated Psychologist professional to drive clinical outcomes and really own the Team Lead role. You will be encouraged to continue your growth and look after clients the way they deserve to be taken care of - the Habit Health way.

Hours and location in Wellington are negotiable.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Ensure your team is meeting targets - billed hours and productivity
- Work with the Regional Manager to maintain adequate staffing levels
- Develop internal reports to implement process improvements
- Collaborate with Clinical Leads to promote positive service outcomes
