**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee a team of GIS and Information Intelligence professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them excel in their roles.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and leverage the strengths of team members to achieve project objectives and meet client expectations.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in GIS and Information Intelligence.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years' experience in the geospatial information sector with BI knowledge
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship building with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Project management experience
- Political awareness and skill in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues
