**What you will do**

Based in Christchurch, you will play a vital role in ensuring positive learning and development experiences for our team members and leaders across the group, by providing administrative support to our close-knit Learning & Development team. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing general administration support to the Learning & Development team, projects and programmes
- Answering all general learning and development enquiries or directing them to the appropriate party
- Assisting with organisation of learning and development programmes including calendar management, liaising with key stakeholders and organising travel and accommodation requirements
- Administrating and providing support to training events and education programmes
