**The details**: Permanent - full time, rostered shift work

**Salary details**: $63,450 to $74,442 + KiwiSaver
- We are looking for individuals who can support our taangata whaiora and their whaanau during their admission period across our inpatient services.
- Maaori are significantly represented across our services, which is why we are moving towards becoming a ‘culturally led, clinically underpinned’ service.
- Delivering excellent care in a culturally responsive manner, to support the best outcomes for Maaori is fundamental to our mahi.

**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
- Responsibilities of the role:

- To function as a member of an interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary team to contribute to achieving tangata whaiora goals.
- To report observed changes in tangata whaiora’s health status to the registered health professional
- To have an understanding of potential/ actual risk factors and how to de-escalate and escalate to ensure the safety of our tāngata whai ora
