At Objective we create software that makes a difference. With over 450 people and 4 development labs spread across New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom, Objective is a leading developer of GovTech software.
The Palmerston North office services about 50 people and your role is responsible for the day to day administration, facilities management and employee experience of our local team. As the office coordinator you play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth day to day operations of our office.
Day to day activities vary including answering calls, organising meetings, couriers, catering, managing suppliers and other ad hoc activities as required etc.
**To be successful in this role you'll need**:
- Proven experience as an office coordinator, admin assistant or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi task effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems.
- Must have the right to work in New Zealand.
