The role

Are you a motivated individual, looking to join a successful, rapidly growing business and be part of an intimate team of passionate research professionals? Kantar is looking for its next group of superstar graduates to join our Quantitative Research Team and drive real change through leading

Successful Graduates will commence with the business in May 2024.

We provide in depth and unique training to all our graduates to ensure they are best equip to work with our exciting diverse range of clients across FMCG, Automotive, Finance, Telecommunications etc.

The focus areas in your first 3 months:
- Through our established graduate training program, you will be exposed to Kantar’s unique tools and philosophies around what makes brands successful
- Immerse in our culture, methodologies, organisational structures and procedures.
- Understand your clients through account inductions, direct exposure with clients, together with PowerPoint charting training.
- Growing analytical research skills using relevant research programs such as SPSS & Q
- Build knowledge of your role with comprehensive, tailored learning and development sessions that equip you with the skills to be successful in your role and grow your career at Kantar

What you will learn as a graduate at Kantar:
- Client Engagement & Consultancy: Working with your account team to understand your clients’ needs and deliver impactful and insightful research.
- Analysis and Research: With the guidance of senior colleagues, building research solutions that meet clients’ needs and translating these insights into impactful ways for brands to communicate them.
- Project Management: Ensuring accurate and timely deliverables are produced, including presentations and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to a degree level or expecting to complete your studies prior to May 2024
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience
- Experience using SPSS/Q is ideal but not essential
- A passionate, creative, and optimistic attitude
