**About The Role**

AUT International performs a crucial role in developing the university's international profile, building international relations, and ensuring the effective delivery of the university's international student recruitment targets.

The International Finance and Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to AUT International functions. This role will support the directors of the department and be responsible for delivering support to the day-to-day administration, strategic projects as well as our relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. This role will also provide back up for the Agents Planning Coordinator, and Agent Enquiry Support when required.

**Skills And Experience**

You will bring with you:

- Experience as an administrator supporting a senior manager for a minimum of three years
- Experience with financial administration processes and financial accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of effective file management systems
- ARION, CRM and other Administrative System knowledge
- Competent computer literacy appropriate to the position (particularly MS EXCEL)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to advise and influence others and work across a multi-cultural context
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in particular writing in English, working with the public and the ability to convey complex issues concisely and clearly
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to organise events if required
- Strong analytical skills to provide proactive solutions to agents, students and the public
