We are a think-outside-the-box team looking for someone who shares our passion for injecting personality and care into all our customer experiences.
Based in Howick, this role would be great for someone who wants to be community-based, spend less time in traffic, and more time delivering sales results.

Just some of the things you will be responsible for:

- Completing loan documentation ensuring fulfilment of compliance requirements whilst meeting our obligations as a responsible lender using your personality to build strong, lasting customer relationships aligning with our objective of providing the best, timely service in the finance industry
- Advocating for a trusted local brand, contributing to the success of our local community and the MTF finance network

Your skills and experience:

- Experience and success in a sales and customer relationship-focused position
- Lending experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Organised, efficient, good with numbers, can deliver high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- A self-managed self-starter excited by creating opportunities and smashing goals
- Ideally, you will have a strong local network and is eager to seek out new business opportunities
