This is a key leadership role with a large Australasian organization that delivers end-to-end transport/delivery services and comprehensive logistics management in and outside of New Zealand, with 28 branches across the country.

The Northern Regional Manager is responsible for the Upper North Island region with 15 branches, and 250 staff. Leadership, business management, customer focus, talent development and planning excellence are the principal attributes required in this key role.

The main purpose is to drive the financial, operational, administrative, commercial, and health & safety objectives to meet or exceed KPI's for each branch. To ensure that staff are engaged, and the business is always customer centric.

Working as part of the management team, effective communication, collaboration with team members and developing good working relationships across the business is essential.

We anticipate you will have a strong career in freight forwarding, transport or logistics at a management level, which includes experience in operations and sales, along with a relevant business qualification.
