About the role
We are looking for a forward thinking and experienced professional to be the first Power Innovation Pathway Manager - this is a new role and will form part of our Corporate and Market Services leadership team.
Are you someone with the following?
This position requires someone with experience in regulated sectors (ideally in the energy sector) and a talent for stakeholder engagement. You will have a proven track record in managing high-priority projects and delivering successful outcomes. If you've worked with senior leaders and across diverse teams, and can navigate complex and ambiguous situations independently, we want to hear from you. Join us and leverage your skills to make a significant impact in the energy sector.
- innovation experience in the energy sector (or other regulated sectors) with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and stakeholder engagement
- ability to work independently and effectively handle complex, ambiguous situations with strategic thinking and adaptability
- excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- a proven ability to deliver and embed change in a range of environments with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
