If you have a passion for tertiary education and have a well-established knowledge of te reo and tikanga Māori and would like to share your skills and knowledge with others, you’ll find an exciting new challenge at Wintec.

**About the opportunity**

This role may require the flexibility to organize and attend Noho sessions, which are a requirement of the programme. There may also be some physical activity and travel to various locations within the Waikato region as required.

This position is co-facilitated; therefore, a proven history of this approach would be favourable. Applicants must be committed to working in partnership with stakeholders and the community, including marae, hapu, and iwi for the betterment of the region.

Are you a qualified professional with years of experience and a passion for teaching adults? If so, we have an opportunity that might interest you.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- A suitable qualification in Adult/Tertiary Learning
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written te reo Māori and tikanga Māori
- Knowledge of the Waikato region
- Experience in coordinating, planning, facilitating, and assessing adult learning programs
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team
