Are you passionate about Industrial Measurement and controls and developing the next generation of Industrial Measurement and controls Technicians and Technologists?

We are looking for an enthusiastic person for a part-time academic position in our Centre for Trades

  • As an IMC Tutor, you will have an outgoing personality and be comfortable working in a progressive team.
  • This academic position will require you to design and teaching of specific block courses, develop resources and assessment, and work closely with colleagues also teaching on the same programmes.
  • You'll liaise with colleagues in the industry to provide work experience opportunities and encourage students' innovation and creative thinking.
  • In this tutoring role, you can enhance the region's professional quality while influencing the direction of your industry.
This position is full-time 7.5 hours per week

You will have:

  • At least 5 years industry experience is preferred
  • Suitable qualifications in the Electrical industry and current industrial experience in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with PLCs and Automation in the Industrial Measurement and Control sector would be an advantage.
