9 April 2024Our client is on the lookout for a Senior Resource Management Advisor to join their collaborative team In this role, you'll leading their resource work, navigating through challenges and steering them towards a sustainable and vibrant future. This is an amazing opportunity to make a difference to your community, and make tough decisions that balance growth, environmental protection, and future planning.

They are offering a generous relocation package, and up to 3 month accommodation expenses to get you started in Hawkes Bay

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate complex resource management consent processes (RMA)
- Provide robust resource management advice to both internal & external stakeholders
- Engaging with stakeholders and the community
- Educating and empowering the community through outreach programs and workshops
- Leading the charge on projects like the Cyclone Gabrielle recovery efforts, ensuring our community bounces back stronger than ever
- Support the wider team, including coaching/mentoring junior members of staff
- Receiving, processing and managing resource consents

**Your Experience**:

- Experience in Resource Management (RMA)
- Strong and proven communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience in consents planning desirable
