**About the role**

We have a great opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor based in Christchurch. This position will be the first point of contact for managers in both Christchurch and Dunedin. You’ll be responsible for providing a high level of service and support and proactively working with managers ensuring they are able to deliver their people management accountabilities effectively.

**What You’ll Bring**

We are interested in hearing from experienced practitioners who are excellent communicators, demonstrate a customer centric approach and can coach and guide managers along their HR people management journey. Ideally you will have gained:

- Significant HR experience in a complex environment
- A tertiary qualification with emphasis in human resource management and/or employee relations and/or organisational psychology
- Effective relationships and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and confident decision-making capabilities
- A pragmatic, flexible and adaptable approach
- Knowledge and experience of Employment Relations

Whist the position is based in Christchurch, there will be travel required to Dunedin on a regular basis and at times, travel to Wellington.
