As the Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our engineering teams, driving project execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or solutions, and actively contributing to feature development through coding. You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our technical and business objectives.

Lead and manage a team of engineers to successfully deliver engineering projects within the given timeframe and budget.

Develop and implement engineering plans, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and goals.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, assisting them in problem-solving and making critical decisions.

Oversee the design, development, and testing of products, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them in the engineering processes.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Collaborate with senior management to align engineering goals and objectives with the overall company strategy.

Essential Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in engineering management or a similar leadership position.

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various engineering disciplines.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in project management tools and software.

Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desired Experience:
Prior experience in the SaaS and in related domains (architecture, construction, design industry)

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives in engineering processes.
