A fantastic opportunity exists to join our Corporate and Business team within Financial Markets at Westpac. As part of the Financial Markets Solutions team, you will be responsible for connecting customers to Financial Markets products and services via proprietary bank platforms and Multi Dealer Portals. You will manage a portfolio of customers who primarily transact via these platforms and will aim to enhance and optimise their digital experience.
This role is responsible an uplift in our digital support for FX customers through educating and supporting the entire Corporate, Government and Business FX customer base and identifying areas for improvement or change. This role is the sole digital distribution focussed role within a risk management solutions team and will be responsible for supporting and educating the financial markets business and solutions team where digital excellence is required.
You will be responsible for:
- Proactively helping customers optimise their digital foreign exchange tools and connecting them to the platform’s full suite of capabilities in a timely and efficient manner.- Providing training and support to dealers and stakeholders on Westpac’s platform capabilities.- Supporting day to day requests from customers on platform capabilities, digital platform onboarding and performing troubleshooting with customers to solve platform related problems.- Managing a portfolio of ~250 digital low touch customers across Large Corporate, Government and Business.- Supporting growth in products dealt over digital platforms, reducing manual deals, tracking eFX volumes and optimising margins.- Connecting into Westpac FM Australia to ensure oversight of changes to FX or international payment platforms, influencing prioritisation of NZ requirements and conducting testing for New Zealand.- Identifying and referring customers who would benefit from a FX risk management solution to the solutions team.- Providing FX execution support for the Corporate and Solutions team and customer base.- Identifying areas for uplift to our digital offering and influence key stakeholders to get these delivered.- Adhoc initiatives or projects relating to digital distribution or the Financial Markets business.
