Construction Project Supervisor

New Generation Group Ltd is in Auckland. We are now looking for a Construction Project Supervisor to join us. This is a fulltime role with at least 30 hours per week.

The main purpose of this role is to supervise construction projects and organise and coordinate the staff and materials required to support our business.

**Tasks and responsibilities**

Working with professional staff in planning and organisation for our construction projects.

Interpreting plans, regulations, and special requirements for our construction projects.

Preparing and making necessary onsite changes to the work schedules for the needs of the construction projects.

Coordinating the workflow for our construction projects.

Inspecting work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards

Calculating costs and estimating time scales

If may, collect data by using surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipment

A relevant qualification (equivalent to NZ Diploma) OR at least three years of relevant experience.

Good work attitude and good communication skills

Strong motivation

Physical fitness and could handle the heavy workload

Quality workmanship and eye for detail

Strong dedication to health and workplace safety

Excellent interpersonal skills to work with other team members.

Strong ability to work independently
