HEB Construction is seeking a dedicated a **Supervisor with all-round civil construction experience** join our Northern Civil team and contribute to the success of civil construction projects around Auckland. As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating work and crews, ensuring excellence in delivery and maintaining the highest standards of quality in a range of civil infrastructure projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate projects from start to finish.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams.
- Lead and mentor a skilled workforce to achieve project goals.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in civil construction from earthworks to 3 waters and roads to utilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
