Our Infrastructure Delivery team is seeking **Expressions of Interest**from experienced **Construction Supervisors**to oversee high-impact projects in the Pacific. This unique opportunity provides exposure to a significant project within the aviation sector, located in the Soloman Islands.

Downer is working on two airstrip terminal structures - one new build with high-spec finish and a reconstruct and extension to an existing structure. Reporting to the Project Manager, the **Construction Supervisor**will manage sub-contractors, ensure Health & Safety protocols are followed and retain programme integrity.

**About you**:

- Trade qualified in construction-related fields
- Experience in supervising high-spec projects preferably within a contracting organisation
- Essential to have multi-discipline building experience and ability to oversee construction from ground up to final completion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, coordinate and direct subcontractors and suppliers effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to Health & Safety best practices and initiatives
- Proven success in delivering high-quality, productive, and safe work while maintaining environmental integrityPrevious experience working in remote, tropical locations and managing local subcontractors is advantageous
