- Approve construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.

- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Have a construction relevant Diploma degree (level 6) or 3 years relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines
- New Zealand citizen or resident is preferred
