Supply Chain Planning Analyst

**Your Impact**
This is an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our Papakura facility. In this role you will support our supply chain functions with your skills and attitude. Your ability to pick up and utilise multiple different tools, manage and develop them will make you a key member of our team.
Additionally, you will identify gaps to targets and enact/ develop mitigation plans to minimize impacts to our function and business
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure various ERP and planning tools are managed and maintained
- Key reporting provided in a timely manner with added value analysis
- Ensure 3rd party manufactured SKUs are processed correctly
- Liaise with the demand team to ensure relevant demand/forecasting variances are being addressed and supply issues communicated
- Provide visibility of future volume and inventory holdings to relevant functions for medium to long term planning
- Help drive the implementation of Asahi Way and modern supply planning concepts
- Support rollout of continuous improvement practices to routinely challenge inventory levels
**About You**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Information Systems or Engineering or relevant business experience is desired
- Ideally similar experience within FMCG or 3PL with roles focused on continuous improvement / supply chain analytics / supply chain implementations
- Effective communication, influencing and change management skills, with diverse stakeholders
- Strong data analysis skills and an ability to create and tell stories from data
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills combined with ability to thrive working under pressure to multiple deadlines
