**Position Description**:

- Represent Fonterra and provide real-time support to our farmers and Farm Source customers.
- No weekend shifts & flexible work-from-home options - up to 3 days per week after an in-depth onboarding program.
- Build a strong network and leverage your problem-solving and communication skills to get the job done.

**About the Opportunity**

As a Farmer Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to resource for our farmers and Farm Source customers, ensuring they get the support they need for a top-notch experience.

**A typical day looks like this**:

- Fielding calls from customers and farmers and delivering quick, effective solutions.
- Collaborating with different business units to get results that make a difference for our customers.

Common issues you’ll tackle include tanker collections, milk quality, shareholding, Farm Source accounts, and digital support.

**Shift Details**
- This is a Monday to Friday role, operating on a rostered shift rotation between 7am and 6pm. Flexibility within these hours is key.

You don’t need to be a dairy farming expert, just someone who can solve problems and get things done.

**Assessment Centre**:If you are successful, we will invite you to attend the in-person assessment centre on either Tuesday 4 February or Wednesday 5 February (Morning and afternoon slots available - 3 hours each slot).
