**About the opportunity | Te whai waahi**
As a Farmer Support Specialist, your role is to support our farmers and Farm Source customers by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
A typical day looks like:
- Assisting customers and farmers through answering inbound phone calls
- Working with multiple business units to get great outcomes for our customers
- Some common areas of support can include tanker collections, milk quality, shareholding, Farm Source accounts and digital queries.
**_ Please note: These roles will operate Monday to Friday on a rostered shift rotation covering between 7am to 6pm. Your flexibility within the below hours is required;_**
- 7:00am - 3:30pm
- 8:00am - 4:30pm
- 8:30am - 5:00pm
- 9:30am - 6:00pm

We are looking for motivated team players with an interest in all things farming and passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will bring a strong ability to quickly build rapport and keep calm under pressure. Whilst you might not know everything about how to run a dairy farm, you’ll be a confident problem solver who can connect our farmers to everything they need.

**Assessment Centre**:If you are successful, we will invite you to attend the in-person assessment centre on either Wednesday 4th September, or Thursday 5th September (Morning and afternoon slots available - 3 hours each slot).
