**Job Description**:
**What You'll Do**:
We’re looking for an experienced Branch Manager to bring some good energy to our Masterton & Wairarapa customers. In this challenging and varied role, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the branch, ensuring branch growth and profitability is maximised, while building an engaged and high performing team and driving excellence in HSE.

**Qualifications**:
We’re looking with someone with:

- Previous experience in a Manager/Team Leader role running a branch/operations site.
- Commercial/business acumen skills including planning, financial, business improvement, reporting.
- Good understanding of HSE practises and a track record of delivering good HSE results.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated influencing and networking skills within the wider organisation and externally.
- A proven track record of delivering great customer experience
- Integrity and high personal and professional standards
