**About the Role**:
In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the professional management of the reception and overall office operations in Auckland CBD. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for visitors and staff alike. If you have an eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a knack for creating an inviting atmosphere, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Front of House, Office Manager, you will be instrumental in the efficient functioning of the office environment. Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Warmly welcoming and professionally receiving all visitors at the Reception.
- Maintaining impeccable presentation standards for the reception, kitchen, and office areas.
- Providing marketing support, including editing proposals using InDesign.
- Offering IT support for equipment in meeting rooms.
- Managing monthly reconciliations, invoice monitoring, coding, and verification.
- Overseeing contractor relationships and facilities management.

- Strong organisational abilities to manage diverse tasks and responsibilities effectively.
