**About the Role**

Due to a promotion, Ventia Training is recruiting a hardworking Training Program Administrator to provide customer & student services and administrative support, using approved Ventia Training systems, based in Rotorua or Tauranga

This exciting role will allow you to make your mark and shape how we facilitate training programmes across the business. A motivated self-starter will thrive on helping set up systems & processes while showing passion for best practices. This ensures we deliver quality programmes that enable our employees to succeed and flourish Other key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating the setup of courses and unit offers in line with contract requirements, training package guidelines, and client group needs
- Actioning all training enquiries and bookings, processing enrolments and student data
- Providing administration support for the preparation of internal and external audits
- Performing instruction guidelines (QA Checks, data integrity, data entry, result, and issue statements of attainment or certificates in line with RTO/TEO policies)
- Processing vendor setup and purchase orders as required

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have administrative experience in RTO/TEO or in a similar area. You will be focused, flexible, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude. Strong communication skills are key to your success in this role along with the following:

- Excellent written communication and IT skills
- Operation of Student/ Learning Management Systems (SMS/LMS) is advantageous
- Demonstrated commitment to continuously update necessary skills and knowledge as required for a role
- Can adapt and work effectively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated time management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
