We have a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a small but effective team, located in the central city area, offering part-time hours and an array of duties.

You will have a nice and friendly manner to enable you to build rapport with the long-standing clientele that you will meet over time, as you will be positioned front of house and will answer all phone calls coming into the office.

You will need to have a strong administration background and some accounting ability for this role, as you will be completing Company Annual Returns, payments of accounts, time sheet inputs, invoicing and printing of reports.

Should you have worked within an accountancy firm this would be an advantage but not a must have as training will be provided.

The hours on offer are between 20 to 25 hours per week, depending on your schedule. There is flexibility on the days and hours, however one requirement is a finishing time of either 4:30 or 5:00pm on Mondays.
