We’re looking for a passionate administrative extraordinaire to support our dynamic team of forward thinking sales professionals.

Each day will look different as priorities shift so flexibility and a can-do attitude is a must.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking inbound/outbound customer customer calls
- Follow up on outstanding premium payments
- Debtor management
- Make outbound calls to retain current customer base
- Receipt premium payments
- Updating client information
- Reconciliations customer accounts

**What we are looking for**:

- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally - both oral and written
- Ability to relate to all internal and external customers and understand their needs
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks
- Time management and planning ability is essential
- Adaptable and people oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Previous insurance industry experience would be an advantage
