National Women's Health provides high quality health services for women who need maternity, newborn, gynaecology and fertility care. Our services are provided on two sites - Level 9 and 10 of Auckland City Hospital (ACH) in Grafton and the Greenlane Clinical Centre (GLCC) in Greenlane.

**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

Due to a resignation, we have an exciting opportunity to join National Women’s Health in a full-time role. If you are passionate about working in a team and supporting staff to use Badgernet, an electronic record, then this role is for you.

As Maternity Clinical Information Co-ordinator, you will work with the kaimahi to develop and maintain appropriate and accessible clinical information.

Some of your duties include:

- Training/ Education of clinical and non-clinical kaimahi on the use of Badgernet
- Trouble shooting issues with the team
- Keeping the education documents up to date
- Being on call after hours to support users with Badgernet
- Liaising with stakeholders on new developments
- Delivery of effective change management in relation to changing requirement for information across the service
- Monitor the quality of information entered into and reported out of Badgernet

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following:

- Five years work experience in similar or health field
- Tertiary qualification in health sciences
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products particularly Excel
- Previous experience with Te Toku Tumai clinical systems is an advantage
- Ability to work with a team of health practitioners
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a “can do” attitude and a keen desire to learn is essential.
