**About the role**

Reporting to the Area Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing plant performance by planning and scheduling all maintenance activities. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across the organization are essential for success in this position, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Ensure conformance to EHS&R standards, ensuring best practices and processes are in place.
- Schedule and coordinate work and associated activities for daily tasks or major shuts.
- Ensure major shut or daily schedules are executed efficiently and effectively
- Scope, plan and schedule work for completion.
- Ensure all work undertaken is completed with budget allocation

**Skills and experience**
- A Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering preferably or similar relevant qualification.
- Work experience within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment, ideally.
- Ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
- Practical and innovative, with good attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
