- This role is responsible to ensure the effective and correct utilisation of staff and all other resources related to the areas’ contracts and/or projects in cooperation with Contract and Project Manager.**Key Deliverables**
- Assisting Operations Manager, Contract Manager(s) and Project Manager(s) in developing maintenance / project plans, also co-operate with Contract/Project Manager(s) for planning activities to ensure staffing levels and equipment resources are allocated appropriately and meet the required and agreed upon standards.
- Improving existing resource planning, monitoring and allocation processes.
- Ensuring budgets and cost targets are achieved through optimal planning, scheduling, provision and utilisation all of resources.
- Liaise with staff, ensuring technical procedures, work instructions, client standards, inspection and test plans and checklists are available, updated and completed as required.
- Complete required reports and participate in team roles such as safety observations.
- Ensuring that all equipment is maintained to required working standard, including assigned vehicles and escalate concerns regarding malfunction issues to the Technical Supervisor, which can’t be resolved onsite.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Experience**
- Demonstrated experience of 3 years or more in Infrastructure, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Demonstrated successful experience in outage planning, allocating and supplying resources;
- Demonstrated experience in process orientations
- Ability to interpret circuit diagrams

**Education and qualifications**:

- Full NZ Drivers Licence.
- Working knowledge of PC OS, Hardware and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of project scheduling.
- Fluent spoken and written English skills.
- Proficient in MS Project and experience with MMS, JDE/SAP or similar software packages is desired.-
