- Demonstrated experience (in the range of 5-6+ years) in payroll roles.
- Experienced at forming clear positions on advice (often in an ambiguous environment), and in developing, implementing, and providing advice and support enabling others to translate that into meaningful action.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles, being organised to deliver to deadlines.
