The role
An exciting opportunity now exists to join one of New Zealand’s most well respected and trusted companies in the Aftersales team. If you thrive on selling and developing sales strategies then this could be your dream role
The Aftersales team are responsible for the sales and supply of Parts, Accessories & Toyota Care products to the Toyota store network and on to subsequent customers. Alongside this they also provide sales and support functions for stores enquiries, marketing initiatives, store inventory etc.
As the Growth Specialist you will provide specialist growth capability and leadership that accelerates sales growth across of our Aftersales Products through our Store network. You’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, and developing and delivering a successful growth strategy across the Aftersales business, delivering market share, share of wallet and margin growth. You’ll also provide training and development to our Store network to help develop product knowledge and achieve better sales targets and strengthen the customer experience.
About you
Your relationship skills will prove invaluable, as you work with the teams and your peers, as well as building and strengthening relationships with key customers and stakeholders. With a collaborative style, you will know how to get the best out of people. You’ll model a strong customer service culture and build and foster positive relationships between the sales team and the teams in the branches, to ensure high level service delivery.
Success in this role is about your strong collaboration skills, strength in growth leadership and knowledge of the Aftersales business
