**The Role**:
Based in Penrose, this position reports directly to the GM of Product and Supply Chain and is ideal for an experienced technical Sales Manager who ideally has a background in HVAC, light commercial building or maintenance sector.

We are in search of an energetic Sales Manager who excels at hunting and seeking new business opportunities and identifying leads to facilitate continuous market expansion within the light commercial space.

You will be surrounded by robust support systems to ensure your success there will be dedicated commercial administration support, you’ll also get to collaborate with the Product team allowing you to contribute to system design and quoting processes, as well as being part of the wider sales team.

**What you will be doing**:
In this newly created role, you will focus on selling HVAC solutions into the light commercial market and you will be responsible for growing and fostering revenue growth by identifying opportunities, establishing objectives, and implementing sales strategies where you will be tendering and quoting for new projects, that drive the growth and overall revenue of HRV.

We are seeking an individual who can effectively engage and secure new business. Your negotiation skills, strategic thinking and commitment to delivering results play a pivotal role in driving the company’s success.

This position offers the opportunity to shape and influence our strategy, making you an integral part of the broader HRV leadership team.

**You will also be responsible for the following**:

- Successfully converting leads into sales and achieving set sales targets and budgets
- Developing a network and sales pipeline to self-generate new leads
- Consistently creating and implementing new initiatives for lead generation and increasing potential commercial sales opportunities
- Maintaining and continuously improving your HVAC technical knowledge and expertise to enhance the customer experience
- Providing high-quality, professional service that exceeds customer expectations
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Effectively addressing and resolving complex customer queries or issues

**To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with the following qualifications**:

- HVAC, building or related background (an advantage)
- 3 years’ experience in commercial or light commercial industry
- Proven sales and relationship management track record
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong influencing and solution-focused skills
- Robust organisational skills
- Self-motivated and can work autonomously
