Harbourside Ocean Bar Grill is our award-winning premium seafood restaurant and Auckland institution featuring the freshest, sustainable, and most local seafood NZ has to offer from our ocean to the plate and boast incredible views across the Waitemata harbour from our fabulous 60-metre-long outdoor dining deck.

We are looking for an assistant hospitality manager who thrives working in a fun, fast paced and high-volume environment along-side a committed team who deliver a strong service focus.

We are looking for a FOH Assistant Restaurant Manager super star who wants to showcase their skills, has the right attitude and thrives on engaging with our valued guests

Good Group Hospitality is an established and expanding business with venues located in Auckland / Queenstown and Sydney with soon to be operating in Melbourne. We pride ourselves on providing premium fun dining experiences to the thousands of guests that visit our venues each year. We do our best to ensure that our staff stand out from the rest, are enthusiastic and have the ability and passion to consistently exceed our customer expectations.

A traditional role, with a twist. In conjunction with the Venue and Restaurant Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the business and uphold the brand to ensure the business exceeds Group expectations.

- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior food and wine knowledge
- An exceptional understanding of the guest experience
- Accountability to the team
- General Managers Certificate or LCQ
