**What you will do**:
As the QA/Test Lead, you will be injecting a test and quality mindset early into every project, working with our delivery teams, business analysts, and partners to develop requirements and testing strategies. You will plan, facilitate, and manage User Acceptance Testing as well as System and Integration Testing. Your knowledge and passion for automated frameworks for API or web-based testing will be an asset in integrating automation into our development pipelines. You'll have the unique opportunity to front foot development processes, ensuring successful project outcomes.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Strong knowledge of software testing principles and techniques
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team to success
- Proficiency in test planning, execution, and delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with managing automated tests running in development pipelines
- Familiarity with frameworks or tooling such as Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, Behat, PyTest, Playwright or Mocha (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with cloud environments such as Azure and/or AWS (preferred)
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Circle CI and GitHub
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
