**About the Role**:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technology to test and ensure the quality of fintech products that revolutionize the way we pay, bank, and invest. In this crucial role, you will collaborate with a skilled Scrum Team in an agile environment, establishing compliance processes and implementing quality improvement strategies for Enterprise solutions.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Engaging with product managers to define requirements and modifications.
- Monitoring and evaluating quality metrics to enhance the quality of software, processes, and interactions.
- Providing expertise on quality assurance methodologies to development teams.
- Creating and scripting testing scenarios and cases.
- Maintaining automated test suites and artifacts.
- Making recommendations for improvements in the software development process.
- Participating in Scrum meetings to achieve project goals.
- Collaborating with other global Scrum Teams for international projects.

**What You Will Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in software development and quality management lifecycle.
- Proficiency in software quality management methods, tools, and technologies.
- Skills in C# programming and database queries.
- Experience using SQL and/or Oracle databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge design approaches.
- Tenacity and perseverance in finding logical and useful solutions.
- Familiarity with financial services industry practices, regulations, and processes is advantageous, but not required.
