Job Summary
We're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Assurance crusade. The successful candidate will have experience in testing processes, leadership skills, and the patience of a saint dealing with last-minute feature requests.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement testing strategies
- Lead a team of test analysts
- Translate developer-speak into human language
- Predict where users will click the wrong thing

Requirements
- Leadership skills so the team don't quit when you say 'let's regression test everything'
- Experience in rocket surgery or industry best practice for testing processes
- Patience dealing with last-minute feature requests
- Jedi-level skills in predicting user behavior
- Sense of humour (you'll need it)
