**K**ō**rero m**ō** te t**ū**ranga - About the role**

**The purpose of this role is to **provide a warm and friendly reception experience for our visitors and professional administrative support to our staff. Duties will include being the first point of contact for our stakeholders, organising and managing the smooth running of on-site events, managing and replenishing office supplies, maintaining meeting rooms & communal spaces and carrying out general administrative tasks.

**This position is** _permanent/full time, reports to the Lead Administrator and is based at our Lincoln site. _

To ensure your success in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

- A strong customer focus.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and sustain good relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- A high level of computer literacy
