We are looking to a hire a talented and team-orientated person to join our business recovery and insolvency team as an Administrator to assist the team during a period of significant growth. The team handles top tier recovery work nationwide, with clients including banks, finance companies, directors and private investors.

Baker Tilly Staples Rodway is an Accounting, Tax, Audit, Corporate, and Business Advisory firm. We are a part of the Baker Tilly International network, which was voted the 'network of the year' at the International Accounting Forum & Awards 2023. Here in New Zealand, we have offices in Auckland, Waikato, Tauranga, Taranaki, Hawke's Bay, Wellington, and Christchurch. This role is based in our Auckland CBD office.

**Key duties**
- Managing client records and the input of data into a variety of systems
- Assisting with the completion and issue of template documents
- Preparing status reports and keeping directors informed
- Assisting with debt collection matters
- Building positive client relationships through effective communication, establishing trust and maintaining confidentiality
- Supporting marketing activities conducted by the team
- Providing administrative and secretarial support across the team
