**The opportunity**:

- We are looking for a dynamic Team Secretary / Administrator to join our Deal Advisory (DA) team
- The role will provide high quality risk, administrative and secretarial support to the DA team in order for assignments and projects to be delivered effectively and on a timely basis

**Day to day you will**:

- Manage diaries, timesheets, expenses, and travel bookings for Directors and the DA team
- Coordinate, organise and manage events, meetings, and activities
- Handle onboarding process for new DA team members
- Administration of office systems, including database maintenance and assisting with PC systems/technology
- Provide PA/Secretarial support to the DA team
- Responsible for invoicing, reporting and other month-end tasks
- Other general administrative duties as required

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential
- Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and multi-task
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in a team environment
