Our **Mico Albany** store is a well-established and well-performing branch, boasting a beautiful showroom while also providing trade solutions to a large and loyal trade customer base, residential solutions to home builders and commercial solutions to the local business sector.

**The role**:
We have an exciting role, where you’ll join a stable and well-performing branch and enjoy the variety and opportunities of working in a small and experienced team, within a large organisation.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a busy role that will see you bringing your drive and enthusiasm for Sales excellence, to manage an existing SME customer portfolio, with plenty room for growth within the region. Your customer base will be made up predominantly of tradies and businesses, and for them, service is critical. You’ll make sure they’re greeted with a cheerful smile and exceptional service.

While most of your role will be Account Management blended with some business development, the variety of all roles in the branch and the collaborative nature of the team means that you may spend a some of your time on the Counter supporting the sales team there. You’ll have the chance to learn our products, and this will give you the chance to progress in the branch, the business, and the organisation. Product or industry knowledge would be a real bonus, but we have heaps of great training materials, if you’re a willing learner

This is a permanent, fulltime role working Mondays to Fridays, with rostered Saturdays (one-in-four).

**About you**:
To shine in this role, you’ll bring a customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic to the business and be prepared to work closely and flexibly with the rest of our team. The ability to build rapport and relationships should be your strength. Your knowledge of the industry or related industries will be a huge benefit but being an agile learner will serve you well. You’ll be solutions-focused as well as customer-centric, by nature. You will be well organised and have great time management skills.

A full, clean drivers’ licence is required, as is your IT savvy A Forklift licence would be a bonus.
