**The role will entail**
- Being an integral member of an IT team focused on people, fostering engagement and collaboration in line with Tompkins Wake's vision and values.
- A key contributor to the development and execution of programs that enhance firm-wide active participation.
- Management of IT project budgets, internal communications, staff education, and vendor contracts.
- Oversight of IT asset management and procurement processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft product suite, Office 365, Active Directory administration, and Apple iOS.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and troubleshooting issues, and a logical approach to resolution.
- A proactive stance on cybersecurity and adeptness at multitasking, prioritising, and meeting deadlines in dynamic settings.
