An exciting opportunity has arisen to join DHL Supply Chain as a National Quality Manager - Operations, based out at our Airport 2 site, Mangere.

Reporting to the NZ Quality Lead, your overall responsibility will be to implement strategic development and direction for the Operational Quality & Regulatory Assurance Management function of the DHL Supply Chain Business, to remain world class as the industry leaders in quality.

**IN THIS JOB YOU WILL BE**:

- Acting as a key interface between the company and its external & internal customers, especially other support Functions that are key for Good Operational implementations
- Implement & maintain the policies, systems, structures and practices that meet Regional Guidelines, Regulatory requirements, Certifications Standards, Licences, supporting the Company vision and values proposition that position DHL Supply Chain as being the Provider of Choice for our Customers
- Implement defined governance and operational processes to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and local legal obligations
- Ensure compliance to DSC and Regulatory/Accreditation standards.
- Ensure ongoing monitoring and reporting of quality performance against customer requirements
- Provide quality operations oversight to senior leadership through data analytics and effective electronic resource implementation and management
- Oversight of resource and time allocations within the quality operations group
- Management of Change Request, Non-Conformance, Training record management programs
- Meet the agreed quality requirements of our clients
- Carry out quality assurance related projects which support strategic initiative, and act as the quality operational oversight for wider DHL projects

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE?**

Ideally you would have a tertiary background in business or science, or 8 years in a Quality & Regulatory Assurance role with some knowledge on warehousing and logistics and have basic administrative experience. You will have an interest in quality assurance, healthcare and good manufacturing practices. You will also be someone who is extremely accurate and have a great eye for detail. Your great sense of humour; excellent interpersonal and communication skills will ensure you build strong relationships with internal and external customers. With a knack for time management, meeting deadlines and prioritizing work will come naturally to you.

This position is based at our Auckland Airport site; however you will need a driver’s licence and the flexibility to work across our sites in Auckland. Some travel to other sites in New Zealand will be required from time to time.
