**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic PA who is looking for an exciting and yet challenging role within the Trauma Service. The role will provide the successful applicant with an opportunity to work with a great team of dedicated staff.
This PA role will provide accurate and efficient operation and maintenance of the administration systems to enable the service to deliver quality outcomes. This will include:
- Accurate and timely servicing of all meeting requirements - Agenda’s, minute taking, room bookings, AV systems
- Working alongside clinicians and the Trauma Hub team
- Staff leave facilitation
- Ordering of equipment, stationery etc
- Midland Trauma website support
- Coordinating events, symposiums, training sessions and team building activities
- Supporting the development of materials for communication
- Management of the Clinical Director’s calendar
- Supporting the senior management team.

Te Manawa Taki (Midland) Trauma team is a network of specialised clinicians committed to ensuring best practice is applied in trauma care. Our clinical network is supported by a central hub service dedicated to helping patients affected by physical injury, their whānau and the wider community. As a team we work to ensure that trauma patients receive the best care regardless of when, where or what occurred. We were the first regional trauma system in New Zealand and play a leading role in trauma system development.
