**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the New Zealand Police National Procurement and Contracting team for a Procurement and Contracting Analyst. We are looking for someone with experience in creating and maintaining reporting & dashboards. This role has a varied requirements across the team and level of responsibility, autonomy, and accountability. This position reports to the Senior Manager Contracts.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Identify how Procurement and Contracting analysis can be developed
- Manage the Contracts register
- Create a robust monitoring and reporting framework
- Develop dashboards and reporting for the National Procurement and Contracting team.

- Have good knowledge of procurement practices operating within a NZ public sector environment at both a strategic and operational level.
- Have at least three (3) years’ experience as a Procurement or Business Analyst.
- Experience in producing quality reports and deliverables.
- Be a team player and have a great attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
